Travel Diary of the Rhone Valley

The Rhone Valley was the beginning of our adventure... We left by car with our legs tingling and our heads full of ideas. We started the interviews on the road. After a stretching session in a car park, we were interviewing in a cellar, next to the wine vats. We scribbled frenetically in our notebooks to keep warm! The mood was set! We continued to explore the Côtes du Rhône, moving from one appellation to another...Cairanne...Chateauneuf-du-Pape...the Coteaux d'Uchaux. More than just "terroirs", we truly discovered different ways of working and a real spirit of innovation! When we hit the road again, we already thought we'd discovered a treasure!
