We're not going to lie to you, Provence is indeed a region full of charm! Perhaps it was the daily walks along the beach, or the lilting accents of the people we met, or the sweet scent of the umbrella pines. On our return, we have fond memories of an interview under a 400-year-old olive tree, a clay-based processionary caterpillar trap, a bare-necked chicken farm and a flower made of chocolate squares! So many memories that make us love our job, because each interview is an encounter, a plunge into the imagination of a person who always goes from the vineyard to a little step further. Our journey took us all the way to an island, but when we were in the middle of these parcels we looked towards the coast, because wine is, above all, a story of relationships...
